What will ASI use the confidential information on

The proposal request form goes directly to Mass Marketing
Insurance Consultants (MMIC). ASI is not collecting this data
and under no circumstances would we collect, sell or use this
sensitive information beyond having the consultants at MMIC
help you with your health insurance needs. |

Will I save money through this program? |
| |
With the many variables involved in health insurance, a savings
cannot be guaranteed. However, the negotiating power of MMIC
and ASI will help you find the best plan to fit your needs
and budget. MMIC will save you valuable time by doing all the
footwork and look for ways for you to save money. |

Are the plans offered through well-known insurance
companies? |

MMIC works with 13 major insurance companies. United Health
Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana and Pacificare, to name
a few, are included on the list. Coverage varies by state. |

How do I get a free no obligation quote and how long
does it take? |
| |
A free no obligation quote is available by completing the
online form on www.healthcareremedy.com. MMIC
will provide quotes for your review from two (2) insurance
companies within 72 hours. |

I am the sole owner/employee in my company, can I
apply? |
| |
Coverage is available to member firms with 1, or more, eligible
employees (all active full-time employees including owners,
partners and officers working at least 30 hours a week are
eligible to apply) |

MMIC finds me a plan that fits my needs, how long
is the plan in place? |
| |
Health insurance plans and rates are effective for one year.
MMIC will receive and review future renewals (rate increases
and benefit modification) from the insurance company and make
recommendations for your consideration. Other benefit options
with the existing insurance company will be discussed and alternative
health insurance quotes from other insurance companies may
be developed to fit your needs and budget. MMIC takes the burden
of research and negotiating health insurance plans off your
shoulders. |

How much does MMIC charge for this service? |

MMIC’s research and consulting services are offered
at no cost or obligation to ASI members. This is an ASI membership
benefit. |

I heard this offer is not available to certain states,
is that true? |
| |
This offer is available in all states, which the exception
of Hawaii, as state law requires health insurance plans to
be sold by an in-state company. While the offer is available
in all states, there are certain states (NY, NJ, VT, MA, ME)
that create major challenges. MMIC is currently negotiating
with various insurance companies to provide lower cost alternatives. |
